History: what ran and what was sent
The History view is a single timeline of everything Daisy has done automatically or on your behalf: workflow runs and manual sends to your outbound destinations, newest first. Open it to confirm what happened, where it went, and whether it worked.
What History shows
Each row is one of two things, sorted together by time:
| Column | Manual send | Workflow run |
|---|---|---|
| When | Date and time it happened | Date and time the run finished |
| Meeting | The meeting's title — select it to open | Same |
| Source | Manual | The workflow's name |
| Detail | The destination's name and kind (for example, a webhook), then the payload parts included — summary, notes, transcript, or a combination | N steps — select to expand the run's steps |
| Result | OK if the push succeeded, otherwise the error | OK, or partial / error / gave-up |
Expand a workflow run to see each step in order, with its label, how long it took (in milliseconds), and whether that step was ok or failed.
Runs in progress
A workflow that is queued or running appears above the table with a ⏳, its name, and the meeting. While it runs, the line updates live — step 2 of 3: … — and drops into the timeline as a finished row once it's done.
Keeping it current
The list refreshes on its own as workflows run, but you can select Refresh to reload immediately. If there's a lot of history, Load more pulls in older runs.
