Searching your meetings
The Search view lets you find meetings by keyword across all of your meetings — your entire recorded history, not just one meeting.
Run a search
- Open the Search view.
- Type your terms into the search box.
Daisy looks across meeting titles, transcripts, summaries, notes, action items, attendees, and tags. Matching words are highlighted in the results so you can see why each meeting matched. Multi-word queries must all appear somewhere in the meeting; wrap text in quotation marks for an exact phrase, for example "quoted phrase".
The result count appears next to the search box, and each result shows the meeting date, title, and a short snippet for each place the match was found.
Narrow the results
Click Filters to refine your search:
- Tags — click a tag to limit results to meetings carrying that tag. Click again to remove it.
- From and To dates — set a date range to limit results to that window. Use Clear dates to reset the range.
The Filters button shows how many filters are currently active.

Click any result to open that meeting.
Good to know
- Searching runs entirely on your machine across your stored meetings.
- Search spans all of your meetings. To ask about a single meeting — or to chat about a meeting while you're still recording — use Ask about this meeting. See "Asking questions about your meetings."
- To ask a natural-language question across all meetings instead of searching for keywords, end your query with a question mark. See "Asking questions about your meetings."
